Update on Vessel · 10:10pm Mar 9th, 2020
Hello everyone, Vaatidj here!
Allow me to start this by saying, don't worry, nothing bad has happened. Vessel is moving along pretty well, albeit somewhat slower than expected, but considering how much time I'm putting into this outside of simply writing that is understandable.
The main thing I want to mention is that, when I first announced I was working on it, I had originally envisioned getting the first few chapters out sooner than they will be. Vessel is made up of various different stories and a lot of things are happening at once, which itself is somewhat of a mess when I realize how over the place even the first few chapters were timeline-wise. That, as you can imagine is taking it's time. The other part is that I'm doing this story in arcs, meaning that I want to make sure that each arc is completely done before I started uploading it. The first arc of the story, while unintentional on my part, ended up being slightly longer than I had first expected.
That said, while things are gonna take more time, I'm confident that I'll have the first chapter of Vessel out by the end of March. With only one and a half chapters left of the first arc, I'm confident in the fact it will all be ready by then. Until then, however, I have a smaller and less serious story coming to keep you all entertained for a bit while I finish this all up.
