Ladies and Gentlemen, we've come to a part of the story that I'm super excited about. Events leading up to the War against the Sanctus Empire are taking place, and well, my co authors and I wanted to make all of you readers of the Lord of Ragnarok to be a apart of it. Because i don't have Twitter i'll vote here:
A corpse cause then Mannulus can Control how it will happen and theres a smaller chance of operation failing due to; for example agent panicking and making some kind of mistake because of it.
In other words cold but effective

As much as I would like to see an agent of the Sanctus Theory working on Mannulus's behalf( and thus not everyone agrees with the rest of the Theocracy), I do see a point in the use of a puppeteered corpse.
