Ron Jeremy Pony

What to say about me... I'm a novelist, I enjoy writing Fanfiction (seriously I like it. Although I mainly do Justice League or Highschool of the Dead), and thanks to Dr. Whooves I found FIM.

    Damn, a Year?

Well, consider my ass surprised. I looked and it's been a year since I've posted a blog. First, allow me to apologize for that. Next, allow me to go ahead and fill everyone in on what's been happening in my life up until now. So, as most of you likely know I've been working a day job, but I've been writing as well. Currently I'm working on a light novel series, and I'm hopeful that it will

Rune Soldier, Happy Hearths Warming, and Merry Christmas

So, for those of you still following the stories that I've written, or helped write, Rune Soldier by L0rd0f7hund3r has a new chapter written. I decided to work on it during my Christmas Vacation (One of the perks of working for a Beauty College), and wrote a nice little

    Other stories

I've had a few questions about other stories that I'm working on. Original fiction, fan fiction, and the like. If anyone really would like to read some of it I'll be glad to leave a few links to the various Google docs that I'm working from.

    Still here, mostly

Hi everyone. So, I'm sure that most of you have noticed that I've kind of gone silent. I've been working on original fiction, and honestly I've written another novel in the process. I will continue my fanfictions, but the original fiction has more or less taken presidence in my writing. I've been developing worlds, creating characters, and loving every moment of it. Between that in my job as

    Second Chapter nearly out

So the second chapter of Can't Snuff the Rooster is nearly done. I managed to get a thousand words in after work last night and right now I'm on break. I figured that I would drop a little update. On top of that it feels good to be writing fairly consistently. In other news I'm attempting to get picked up by either an agent or a publishing house for my original fiction. Of course if it

Lord of Ragnarok Spinoffs. · 1:25am Feb 25th, 2020

It's a little early to think about, but with The Lord of Ragnarok reaching about seventy thousand words I began to realize that there's a lot of backstory to several of the guild members that won't completely make it onto the main story. Oh, we will get roll with them, and we'll get to enjoy their journeys, but quite a bit of what made them who they are may not make it into the story itself. I want to include as much as possible, but there's times that it might feel like I'm spending an insane amount of time going back into each and every one of their stories. Explaining what they were doing before making it to the temple. A prime example is Sombra the Magnificent. I did give the detail that he had found the abandoned village, based on Ponyville, and that he had more or less come to lead a group of Equis. It was useful, gave some basic idea of where and what he had been doing, but at the same time I felt like I had left more out than I wanted.

So, these spin offs, If I do them, would be over the backstory to what the guild members were doing before making it to the temple. It would give a complete, and total, recount of their adventures. At the same time, I've also thought about allowing a few other authors on the site take a crack at some of the stories. If they do I would supply the needed notes about the character, what their designs are like, their personalities, and where they would be 'Spawning' on this new world. Regardless, I'd like to know what all of you think of it.

Thanks,

RJP

You can always make it a prequel.
