    Slight Delays With Content

I have returned to working 60 to 70 hours a week, so there will be delays on chapters. I just wanted to give a heads-up.

    Other Content

I do plan things out far ahead time, and do have a sequel story to this one in the works, although it is another sequel that could stand alone. Figured I would give a preview of what might be in that story.

I sat down in my seat, barely able to contain my excitement. I got a few strange looks from the students near me, but I didn't care I was here!

    Character Alignments

We have some more D&D alignments! Remember, evil doesn't mean haha-bad guy, it means they do things for selfish reasons with little or no concern for others.

    Jessica Middleton: Neutral Good
    Jordan Gilmore- Neutral Good
    Charlotte Martinez: Lawful Good
    Arachne Phobia Lamp: Neutral Evil
Nightmare Moon (Phobia Remedy's son): True Neutral

    You Decide

Not the most exciting you decide ever, but I'm honestly lost on what to include here. Wild Growth is in a Senate Committee Meeting....what Senate Committee is this and what are they discussing? It's 2043, you decide the issues. Give me your best suggestions.

Random Content Without A Home · 6:14pm Feb 17th, 2020

This is actually Pandemic Universe content, though nothing particularly groundbreaking. Just catching up with a few characters down the road. This content has no story home, and is roughly 13 years after Monsters We Make.

Jordan sat shuffling through her luggage one last time, triple checking to make sure she wasn't leaving anything important behind. Once she got on the road there was no coming back home until Thanksgiving, and she couldn't afford to forget anything important. Like the times before, she couldn't determine anything that she overlooked. In a way, she was sad about that, as it would put off having to leave for just a little while longer.

"Jordan! Need help with anything, sweetie?" Her mom called out from the living room.

"She probably picked up a book and got distracted reading it," she heard her sister say from somewhere out in the hall. "Something really invigorating, like the dictionary."

She whipped her head back towards her bedroom door and flattened her ears. "I'm not that bad, Jackie!"

Her pink pegasus sister came up to the doorway and leaned against the door frame, grinning at her. "You should have taken a pony name, and named yourself Book Worm." She had actually considered it after she got her heart and book cutie mark, along with Reading Rainbow, but it all sounded corny to her. Her birth name was perfectly fine.

Jordan just rolled her eyes and began loading her luggage onto a cart with horn. Jackie dropped her grin and walked slowly into the room. "Hey, I'm just joking around. You okay? You've never been away from home before, so I know it can be kind of scary. I can fly to you in less than two hours, if you ever need your big sis for anything."

"I'm sure I'll be fine. I'm a grown mare, and can take care of myself," she replied with a sniffle, levitating her saddlebags onto her back. She then gave her sister a shy glance. "But... you can come visit anytime you want-- except for when I'm trying to study for finals. I don't want you distracting me when I have my grades on the line."

Jackie came and necked her, and wrapped a wing around her in a light embrace. "I wouldn't be that mean." Jackie pulled back and gave her a warning frown. "And you be sure to tell me if some stallion goes and tries to break your heart. I'll come smash his face in for you. I hear stories about those college stallions, dated one or two of them, so I know how some of them can be."

Jordan stepped back and blushed. "I probably won't be getting involved with any relationships or anything like that. I'll have too much studying to do."

Jackie giggled. "You go telling yourself that. Me and Arachne have a bet going on how far you get through college before you lose your virginity. I'm betting it will take at least until your third semester, but before your fifth. Arachne is giving it only between two to three months. Be strong and celibate, sis, Arachne bet a lot of cash, and I could really use it."

Jordan gave her sister a glare and swished her tail. "You are both horrible ponies, and I don't know why I put up with either of you."

Jackie grinned back. "Because we're family, and you can't get rid of us. Don't glare at me, I'm the one who had more faith in you, Arachne is the one who thinks you'll have no self control." Jackie glanced back towards the living room. "Though I wouldn't get too much on her case about it. She's kind of shaken up that Char is leaving today as well. I think she is still trying to talk her sister into not leaving."

Jordan nodded. She and Charlotte were being driven out to the train bus station together, even if they were getting off at different stops. She was on her way to Winthrop University, Charlotte was on her way to boot camp. Charlotte and Arachne were actually her nieces by her eldest sister, but they were both several months older than her, so she never really class the title of aunt. They grew up together, and this was a bittersweet day, because today everyone was going to go out into the world to follow their own paths. It had already started before this, when Jackie had graduated and joined the weather team, and Arachne started making a fortune with her startup company selling spider silk, Jess had been gone for years-- and was now a professor or researcher or something like that at a university in Colorado, but this was when the last of them physically moved apart from one another. Foalhood was now officially over for all of them.

Jackie walked into the room and put her hooves on the cart holding all Jordan's stuff. "Let me help you with your luggage, Phobe is trying to calm down Arachne, so it's going to be a few more minutes."

Phobia Remedy was their eldest sister, and her three foals were roughly Jordan's age. "Did Moony manage to make it?" She asked, before making a move to go. Nightmare Moon was the third of her eldest sister's foals, though he now had foals of his own.

Jackie shook her head, and looked down. "Sorry, he had a marefriend problem that made him feel the need to keep the foals with him today, and he's trying to keep Shower and Solace out from under hoof here. He loves you and Char, but his foals come first. You understand."
