Happy 2nd Birthday RP Story! · 4:17am Feb 5th, 2020
Hello Everypony, ScarFox9700 here,
I just wanted to let you all know that today, February 4th, 2020, an RP story that I've been writing with a friend of mine, DuskStar Shine, just turned 2 years old! And when I say that it just turned 2 years old today, I STILL don't mean that we have a finished story, oh no! What I mean by this is that for now 2 years straight and counting, give or take a few weeks/months for delays, family business, school, sickness, and unexpected delays, we've STILL been going strong writing our HUGE back and forth RP story! Just like we've always been doing, we each write what would be the rough equivalent of a half chapter, and then send it to the other to finish. Then in a PM we discuss what's going to come next, as well as other ideas for the future.
2 years and counting people! How many other RP stories have gone on for this long? I can't think of any! I know that I've written a blog post talking about this same RP story before, not to mention the great blog post where I announced its belated 1 year anniversary, but now here I am, a year after this blog post telling you all about its 2nd anniversary!
And for those of you who haven't been with me for very long, in a nutshell, this RP story an alternate-universe story of "Battleship Express", and Captain Leopard is once again the main character, only this time he's a full-blooded Anthro Bat-Pony Alicorn, aka a Thestral Alicorn! He's married to Gleaming Shield, and it's the stories of their lives, and the lives of all those around them in the weeks and months following the Imperial War. Yes, there are wars, twists, turns, warships, many different locations on Equus and America, amazing characters, suspense, drama, clop, romance, action, adventure, and just about everything else that you can imagine too! This story has something for everyone, and yes, one day Dusk and I are still planning on taking our RP story and turning it into an actual story for you all to read. We've been doing this as we've been going along, but the story isn't quite ready just yet. We're getting there though!
And now that it's been 2 years, here's to hoping that we'll reach 3 years! Yay for our RP story, and thanks for your continued support!

I'm glad that there are people would like to know what we've done in the RP so far, once we DO finish the RP, Scar here will turn it into a full on fanfic and post it for all to read, trust me it's a great story so far and many folk will like some of the places from around the U.S. that show up in Equestria, I being from Gurnee IL have places from both Gurnee and Chicago appear in Equestria.

One day soon you will Sanguine. I've been keeping all of it in Google Docs so that one day it can be edited slightly, broken up into chapters, and then published. The story is there, but it's just an endless run-on right now. And I would tell you more about it, but there's so much that the story will probably have to be broken up into several volumes, in addition to chapters. Feel free to ask questions about it though, and I'll answer them as best I can
And with me being a Kansas City native, and having a love for Branson, Missouri, there's plenty of mention of both places, not to mention a scene where Leopard, Gleaming, and Gleaming's brother Dusk take a day trip to Kansas City, and have places from Branson appear in Equestria as well.

That is True, but I'm not much of a fanfic writer myself Scar, you are the one who is doing the editing to make it into a story so you would be the one who should post it since you do most of the work in the first place.

Scar that is just a RP, I can easily do RP's with other people, but when it comes to doing a fanfic I can't write to save my life, sure what I have done so far with you is good but then again you are able to figure out what I'm trying to get across in my parts of the RP well enough so you will be able to write up the story better later on.

And there really won't be too many major changes. Most of what's there right now will still be there when the story is launched for everyone else to see.

*transmission comes back* he’s just being impatient. That and with Mustang being worked on and his potentially new “sibling” Katyusha being contemplated he’s feeling shut out. It doesn’t help that the 131 cast also show up from time to time and whenever an argument happens Sherman has to remind him he isn’t canon to the Sanguineverse yet
