Okay, we've seen this before. I knock out a chapter or two, then disappear for a year.
Don't worry! Not yet, anyway.
I'm actually between 1/2 and 1/3 of the way done with the next PonyFall chapter. I just seem to have forgotten how dialogue works. The chapter requires a decent amount of back-and-forth between serious and silly, and every time I go back and read what I wrote, it's like I just let auto-fill do the character's dialogue. Stilted, unrealistic. Yeah, yeah I'm writing about magical ponies being transported to Earth and all, but I do have standards when it comes to my own writing. It would completely suck for those of you still reading this for the wait to have not been worth it at all, so I'm going to get it right.
I'd love to say that after this chapter I'll do another Lyra's Ultimate Item Emporium chapter, or that I'll finish Ever After Never Came, which is the sequel to Imaginary. But I'm not making a promise I can't keep, so I'll make the effort to keep writing and, hopefully you all will let me know what you think. Deal?
