okay, I feel like an ass for dropping it on you, but I might need to delete a couple chapters and retcon stuff since right now whatever plan I had for this story doesn't seem to be what people want.
I created the premise, yet I have seemed to fail in drawing attention to the secrets as Fluttershy developed as a character, becoming a new, more confident mare due to how the new mind within doesn't share her old meekness.
I'll reconsider if there happens to be anyone willing to read this anymore after so long who disagrees... if there is no one who still keeps track of this story, I'll go ahead and cancel it, maybe work on something new.

Don't cancel it, not every story goes big, espescially if it hasn't updated in a while.
What now? I thought this story is shaping up pretty nicely and, not to mention, uniquely. Your story is just start and there are many angles that can be exploited with this new Fluttershy. There are a lot of stories out there with even more outrageous version of Fluttershy out there. I still don't see anything wrong with yours.
As I already said before, fan-fiction is outlet of your imagination, so it might be best to see it as a way to practice your imagination power (and get practice writing skill as a bonus). Heck, you get more up-vote than many stories I've read with ten-time the size. So I believe you are still doing good.
We have an epidemic of authors on this site that start stories and don't ever feel like they need to tie off the loose ends. I just unfollowed 20 stories that faced the same disease, that of suddenly quitting. I don't care if you do just one more chapter as long as you tie off the story. This is just one of my little pet peeves, but in my own philosophy when I pressed that tracking button I made a 'contract' that indicates that you will update and I will read.
Finish what you started and branch out, I'd love to see what else you might work on but don't leave us all hanging. For each story that does that, and ditches their readers in the middle of something, this site dies a little more and there are already too few of us left. I'm not demanding you work on it, I'm just thinking it is a better idea wrap up this item with a decent ending before you move on.

If people don't like what you're doing with the story ... well, there are literally tens of thousands of other stories on the site they can go and read. This story is your story, write the story the way you want it to be.

good sir, and everyone else... thank you, but make note, I willnot simply tie off this story, your praise has given me hope.
no people, I will not be ending this story just yet! I will continue this chapter, and the next until I have a complete season 1! and only then will I leave this fic to its devices, and a new fic will be its season 2.
as for now, a big thing I have been setting up for is about to happen in the next chapter, I hope you'll still be with me once it is out there.
I mean I still follow it and read everything when it’s posted. You do you bud, I’m just here for the ride.

It’s your story, write for you. If you don’t like the story rewrite/cancel it. If you like the way it’s going, don’t worry about the whiners. If it’s that big a deal, they can write it themselves

Had no trouble and the different fluttershy is refreshing. So many try this but leave the character the same, or make very little changes to them.
Otherwise, just write for you in my opinion. If you yourself, without any outside influence, think it should be rewritten/edited then you should do it, but only if that’s the case. Seen to many people burn themselves out trying to please the fans, and make a job out of doing something they used to enjoy.

Dont deleat chapter. CHANGE TITELS OF THE CHAPTERS TO 'RETCON'. So we dont miss the beauty of what is no longer and still can enjoy the new stuff.
yo wut m8? Well, it's your story, you should write it how you like it. Some people will hate it, others will enjoy it. You shouldn't have to delete the chapters though, just rename them as [Retcon] and continue.
