"A Storm on the Horizon of the Arcane World" has suffered a lot from delays and interruptions. It won't continue like this for much longer, however, as it will return now that the new year is here. I am currently rewriting the first chapter to make it longer and more interesting and releases will pick up again this month. The story has lost nearly all of its traction and readers since I released the prologue more than a year ago, but I hope that, eventually and with a reliable monthly update schedule that is finally possible now and intense promotion, all of you who have it in bookshelves or specifically track it will give the story another chance and return to reading it.
The current Chapter 1 will be replaced with a longer and better version on Sunday. Until then, I have unpublished the chapter. I still intend to follow the same pattern with this story; working on new chapters on the last two weekends of each month always on Friday and Sunday and to release a new chapter on the first Sunday of each month.
The release of the revamped and improved Chapter 1 will be on January 5th, followed by Chapter 2 on February 2nd, Chapter 3 on March 1st and so forth.
I am doing something very different with this story than all the other Tempest Shadow stories that got written since the Movie's release did, by following Tempest's/Fizzlepop's life from the moment she left her village as a filly all the way to the impending Storm King invasion of Canterlot. I plan to show all the different steps and developments that led to her transformation from Fizzlepop Berrytwist to Tempest Shadow, so I hope that you will give this story another chance now that it returns!
