Chuck 2 eggs, 400ml of full cream milk and a tin of chilli tuna in a food processor. Let warm up in the sun around an hour and chug quickly.

Tell yourself that you will do this again in 20 mins and the body should get into gear and kill off those germs asap for fear of another warm fish milkshake.

Old family recipe, never used.
