The artist's name is SeriousB and the way they drew the legs of anthro mares is just simply divine. Perfectly shaped and toned legs go really well with the full package that can turn anypony on. You can find a lot of this artist's stuff on FurAffinity.

There's another one named Koveliana. Their anthro pony art emphasizes on shiny and sparkly mane, bright bodies, and curvy figures, particularly Flutterbat who outshines the rest.
On the other hand, Mleonheart has magnificent depictions of busty mares and dragons. Hell, he even turned Cloudy Quartz, Granny Smith, and Miss Harshwhinny into exceptionally attractive chicks.
