Is there a way to stop migraines? · 12:08am Dec 9th, 2019
Well I don't think I have to tell you what mean by the title I have a medical condition known as epilepsy where you get the occasional migraine. They also are always severe migraines. Let's just say I can't think or do anything and I feel like my head is about to explode. As well as just passing out.
Low lighting or total darkness, sleep masks also help with this. a cold pack or ice mask. caffeine. and some meds also help ease the pain. my dad is also subject to severe migraines
So............I don't wanna sound like the all-natural hippie weirdo here, but...........homeopathic remedies work very well. I use them all the time, and let me tell you, they have CHANGED my life.
Here's a list of headache remedies:

Quick note: Homeopathic remedies work like medicine, except they don't feel quite as effective. Because while painkillers--just using that as an example--will literally mess with your pain receptors, remedies go to the root of the problem and solve that. They don't feel like they work as well as medicine, but really it's a much better option. It's really nice because they have no long-term problems, like regular medicine does. I'd seriously recommend them! You can find them at basically any grocery store.
Drink coffee, peanut butter helps my migraines, tea with local honey can also help. The rest of mine involve alchohol or other methods that a minor should not know. So can't post them here.
One last thing, have a doctor look for any nutritional deficiencies, those can cause migranes too. I get rather grumpy when I don't get enough red meat. Mushrooms and onions (fried is best) help me too.

I only get migraines because of my epilepsy.

And I get them from more concussions then I remember. In fact, I am perpetually plagued with constant non stop headaches. But I have found that diet can be an amazing way to ease the pain. Epilepsy is your root cause, other things contribute. When it comes to any system as complex as the human body, it is never just one thing. Besides if Epilepsy is the only cause, then all you can do is find a dark room and wait. Which is not helpful to the question. The only other thing I might suggest is invest in sunglasses and maybe have a sense deprivation rig nearby when you get one. The rig is easy to assemble. Just gun range rated ear plugs, a sleep mask, and possibly a face mask too (if smell aggravates you).
i was about to comment but looks like you got one hell of a supportive fanbase brother .see you around and let me just say .your sensitive to light or sound .so yeah .good luck brother and have a good day

It's a wolf OC I made in the MLP universe a long time ago and I was going create a story for my OC but sadly it never worked out.

ok ,then why does he have a sword .his fangs are deadly as hell
My entire family has a history of Chronic Migraines, very sever ones in my case and every other generation or so, so I know exactly what your going through.
My suggestions are to find a dark quiet place, sleep, or substitute most of your diet for the time that you have a migraine with water and/or caffeine. Those are some of the best for me at least.
I also suggest that the moment you feel one coming on to nip it in the bud with a pain med of your choice. I've reduced countless migraines to being little more than headaches with this last one.
If it gets to bad make sure you go to the hospital for it, I've had to do so three time in the last four years or so.

Well the idea was to make him look a little bit more civilized and less feral. I wanted to have a clear line between my OC being a wolf and something like Winona whose a regular dog. It was a way to make the reader understand that my OC was more civilized than a average dog and helps state the fact that my OC is as civilized as Twilight and her friends.
