Yeah, I made a new post while I was on my holiday.
Fun fact, I wrote that, like, last year. I was just too chicken shit to post it, mostly because I thought the characters sounded a little too whiny. But, hey. It's up there, so enjoy the new horsewords. More to come. The next chapter of Fire on the Mountain is happening soon. Probably next week, or something. I'm, like... nine pages into this bastard, don't worry kids. I wrote half of it while on holiday, when I was supposed to be a tourist. I'm kind of a bad tourist, as it turns out.
I've made an honest attempt at my other stories over the course of the past year, but due to work, I've mostly neglected it. Considering the show has finally finished its run, I doubt there'll be much to the proliferation of the fandom in the coming months, but it's alright. I'm mostly wanting to finish Fire on the Mountain because I just want to work on my writing. Posting it and having people enjoy it is just icing on the cake.
A thousand thanks to those who've checked it out over the years, by the way. I know it's been one hell of a slow burn, but at this point in time, it seems like it's going to continue that way. I can't imagine being an actual author trying to make a long-form story. It's an incredible time sink. I can only hope I justify the time I took trying to get this thing done.
