    BABSCon 2024

Hi y'all, sorry I've been dead on this site for a while, but for any of those who are still out there...I will once again be at BABSCon 2024 in Burlingame, CA, from Mar 29 to 31!

And I'll likely be in my Twilight or Opaline cosplay. Hope to see y'all there!

"A mane fit for a princess" was inspired by a real life experience. TMI alert. · 1:46am Oct 21st, 2019

I wasn't sure whether I'd tell y'all this, but...I'll keep this brief.

My one-shot "A mane fit for a princess" was inspired by a true event, perhaps subconsciously. Scroll down to read.

At the beginning of high school, I was having neck problems because of my heavy backpack. I'd wake up and feel a horrible tightness in my neck. I tried some menthol ointments but that didn't really help. I tried massaging myself to help ease the tightness, but...I couldn't get a good angle to apply good pressure.

So, my mom suggested something called a "neck and shoulder massager." We saw it at the store, so my mom bought me one. It's a wand-shaped device that plugs into the wall outlet. It comes with various attachments for different types of massages. It had two vibration settings and two heat settings. I used the vibrating massager every night, before I went to bed, and it did help the neck muscle tension a lot.

After my neck got better, I didn't use the massager for a long time. Until one day. I saw it just lying by my nightstand.

And I thought to myself, "what if I..."

And after trying it, I realized...

Let's just say I used that vibrating massager for years after having neck pain. :twilightblush:

My Hitachi Magic Wand vibrator massager was one of the best monetary investments I have ever made.

20 mins. of stretches before sleeping could did the job too. its something i started to do cuz i saw it in an anime. Its really useful :3
