Hey readers! You'll be happy to hear that all the Hunter/Hunted chapters are ready and waiting to go! How many more are there? Well, I won't say, but they've all been uploaded and are at the ready!
Just in time too, since we're sitting at 99 upvotes (which I'm sure is driving some of you a little mad). The chapters are loaded and ready as we speed to the conclusion of this adventure!
Anyway, I've gotta run! Work shifts call!

Honestly, I think that it took this long is a sign of the difference in the fandom these days. The numbers on the site really have shrunk! I posted initially thinking I'd hit a hundred in the first few days like before, but ... Times have changed.
Edit: I'll put the bonus chapter up posthaste for a nice Saturday night/Sunday morning surprise.

Yup, many have left. I remember, back in 2017, a great story from a modestly followed author would get up to 600 upvotes in 3 days or so, all while staying in the featured list.
Though, it might also be that this a sequel (threequel?), so some readers are still reading through the first and second stories.
Well, if so, they have an awesome treat waiting for them. Sabra chapters have gripped me hard and it's awesome to see just how much Nova has progressed through an outside PoV.
Poor Hunter, though. Barely catching a breather between having to deal with all the magic thrown at him by Sombra, navigating extreme weather and making sure that everyone's still alive, last chapter included.

Glad you've enjoyed the ride, and especially glad to hear your reactions to the character's journeys in this entry. Sabra's in particular were really hard to write and get across (because the events and his perspective are such a delicate balance), and the hints of Nova's growth set with Hunter's view and optimism weren't especially difficult, but the goal was for them to be rewarding and show how much the team has grown.
It's been a journey. I look forward to the next adventure.
