"Gallus" is (finally) finished. · 8:17pm Sep 30th, 2019
I know it’s been a while, and for that I apologize. The last few months have been absolutely kicking my you-know-what, and, outside of a few random oneshots of questionable quality, I could barely make any significant progress on my writing projects.
Fortunately, for whatever reason, September has been a surprisingly productive month for me. The real life issues have calmed down (for real this time), and I’ve been making the most of my opportunities to sit at a keyboard. In addition to Gallus, I have a lot of other stories in various states of completion, to the extent that, if I were to pick up the pace just a little bit, I could feasibly publish a oneshot of short-to-intermediate length for every other day of October.
But that’s for later. For now, the focus is on Gallus.
I know there was a false alarm a few days ago, and for that I apologize; misclicks can be rather fatal, it seems. But this time, the update is for real. If it isn’t up already, it’ll be up a minute or two from now.
I’m not 100% certain you’ll enjoy it—I’ve had all the time in the world to overthink it, after all—but at the very least, I thank you for sticking with me regardless.
And with that, let’s (finally) get on with the show!
