Vote for a Ghost Story · 1:30am Sep 30th, 2019
Dear Bronies and Pegasisters,
As October is coming, I have a tradition that I follow. In which that every year, I would put whatever I have aside and write out a dark tale in the spirit of the Halloween season. At the same time, however, I have a bit of a problem. You see, dear reader, it isn't that I don't have any idea what to write about. The problem is that I don't know what sort of story to tell. So, right here, I'm going to put it to a vote. There are three ideas for all of you to choose from. Each one will be given a title and a short synopsis of what to expect.
This will be open for the next seven days to give you all enough time to cast your vote in the comments section below.
Idea #1: When the Lights Go Out
Pine Needle recalls a particular traumatizing memory when he was eight years old of the time that his parents made him sleep in the dark for the first time. Along with the things that go through his mind as his fears take hold.
Idea #2: A Slient Film: Cold Case
After many months of searching have failed, Detective Cold Case decides to go seeking out the film that Reel Projection had described. What he finds in that haunted film, however, was something he wasn't prepared for.
Idea #3: World's Best School Counselor
Based on the story: "World's Best School Psychologist," a student named Cinnamon Stick is going through some tough times with his family and seeks out Starlight Glimmer for help. The Counselor, determined to help out her students in any way she could, decides to help him out.
Idea #2: A Slient Film: Cold Case
that one sounds interesting actually.
I like #2 the best.
#3 or #2. #3 is my first choice.
Idea #3: World's Best School Counselor
That seems the most interesting to me
#2 sounds good.
#2 a silent film a cold case
What's behind... door number three?!
Number three sounds interesting, though if there's a monster Starlight's more the type to blast it through a wall rather than run in terror.
Honestly that could be just as entertaining, it can be fun to see the horror of the week draw "Doom Guy" rather than "Sorority RA" for it's supposed target.
Ill have a #3 with a side of #2, please :)
I'll take Idea 2, being the film noir nut I am...
Number 2
Number 3. (Thankfully there isn’t four)
Number 3 because of the potential with starlight glimmer. She might blast it through a wall, run away scared for a bit, ETC... you never know with her.
