Minor Writer's Block

Have you ever known what you wanted to say, but couldn't find the words to say them? That's what I'm dealing with right now. I have an idea about how I want Chapter 2 of Tipped Scales to go, but I cannot find the correct way to put it on paper. Or screen, as the case may be. I hope I can get through this fairly quickly because nothing would make me happier than having this story progress.
