    Relaxing Songs, Come here

That seems weird I know but my plan is that we collect a bunch of relaxing Songs that have helped us through times and put them here. Just post your's in the comments and I'll grab a link, and post it here. All links will lead to their YouTube official version if I can.

You all ever feel depressed but not?

Let me reiterate, what I mean by that is you feel like you are depressed but not enough to show the big signs of depression like tempting suicide but enough so that you lock yourself away and get too much sleep? Which in turn ends up in people not realizing you might be depressed and treating as you being a jerk and a "big baby"?

Heh, story of my life, my dude.

I've never been suicidal, but I've had some days where I just didn't want to exist in that day. For me, the worst of it was back in my teens, especially between 2010-2016, I'm doing better now but still have some of those days

Two words that might be close to what you're looking for are Anhedonia and Ennui.

I didn't realize I had depression for a long time because my symtoms weren't sadness or suicidal ideation as much as procrastination, low self-discipline, and just not feeling like doing anything. Then when neurologists did brain scans they were like, "Yo, you don't just have ADHD, you also have anxiety and depression", and suddenly a lot of things clicked.

Your problems are still real and valid. I'd recommend finding a psychiatrist who can help with the medication side of things, a therapist to help with the behavioral side of things, and also look into various lifestyle and diet changes that may help. Best of luck.
