    Things to ponder...

Something we all need to read. Chaser to go with that shot.

Gee, I wonder why the internet's overrun with this stuff. It's just fiction though, right?

    Gone.

You may have noticed my stories have gone.

This is intentional. More and more, I realize this site is a thing I can't support. It openly cherishes the sexualization of child characters, and provides a host and clearinghouse for that sort of content, and I can no longer tolerate my work providing even a couple hits a year to an organization who considers that appropriate.

If you for whatever reason wish a personal copy of anything I've removed, reach out and I'll provide you with a text file. Otherwise, it's been swell, but the swelling's gone down now.

And doing this accomplishes nothing positive, either.

Bye, I guess. :/

I can't change the site's policy, but I can choose if I let them have my content as an absurdly minuscule part of what brings them their patreon and ad revenues.

Besides, in the end, nothing of value is lost.

5116206 Erm... you DO realize that the majority of stories that are removed from here by their authors eventually end up on the FIMFetch archive site, right?

So they won't be COMPLETELY gone if someone wants to find them and read them.

They're mostly on EQD as well, or in readings on YouTube. I'm not concerned with removing them from the Internet wholesale, just this site.

You are aware these characters are pretend, right? Like, no, actual children are being harmed here?
Like, pretend, talking horses with made up ages, in a magical land that doesn't exist?
Like...fantasy? Right?
You are aware this is a fantasy setting, right?
Drawings on paper and on a computer that have been given arbitrary ages based on story needs and not actual real-time. This is purely all made up, and people are taking these made-up characters, (That are not real) and writing stories about them. About talking horses. In a land of make-believe and fantasy. Where the age of 'consent' and 'maturity' are not made clear and could very well be based on if a pony has a cutie mark or not. Or if they can even talk.
This is what you're pitching a fit over?
This is what you are removing your hard work and hours of your life, skill, and talent you've spent on over?
This arbitrary, asinine complaint, that the magical made-up talking horse people, with no defined age of consent or maturity, have sexual stories written about them, by people who are aware of the concept of fantasy, and a website has no problem with it.
This?
This is what you are complaining about?
This?

...

Darling, what the absolute fuck?

Not really. They're mostly referring to the majority of people defending these people.
I'm both ways about it. Fantasy is fantasy but there are those that see validation of unacceptable proclivities in people.
Media doesn't make people do anything, but if they're already inclined it can serve as an implicit societal thumbs-up.

Which stories did you write? I honestly can’t remember just from the author’s name.

Odd, I thought you had me blocked.

Let me lay my viewpoint out as plainly as possible. There is no circumstance in which erotica about grown adults having sexual relations with pre-sexual children (and I consider sentient nonhumans to be as validly children as humans) is acceptable, any more than the act would be acceptable in real life. Especially when, as common for the descriptions in the feature box, the lack of sexual maturity on the part of the child in question is the focus of the erotica.

There is one audience for that sort of work, and it is not one that I feel has any place anywhere near MLP, nor one that I particularly care to have a site I use consider a desirable demographic to court.

You're welcome to disagree, of course. I also feel pretty free to judge people by the hills they choose to die on.
