Help with stories

Hi all who read this,
This is my first post so I have no Idea how these things go. I guess what I am curious about is if anyone out there does cooperative story work. I feel like I have some good Ideas but I suck at doing th follow through. For this reason I would love some help with the writing portion to at least bounce some idaes around and maybe if I can't come up with anyway to write the idea then to pass it on to anyone who wants it so it can have life. My current idea that I want to work with is this:

Spike has hit puberty and is still without wings. He also notices that he is gaining some new magical abilities that not even twilight can figure out. A very chaotic magic that makes pinky pie seem consistent. Out of other options he decides to seek out who his parents were in hopes that they would know what is going on. Eventually he finds out that he is actually the child of discord and either luna or celestia, i have not decided who would be the best for it yet. His lack of wings and odd magic is from discord and his appearance is because he was hatched by Twilight and thus has a bit of pony magic, alicorn magic and chaos magic in him.

This is all I have for the Idea so far and I want to do more with it. If you have an idea please post it or if you want to work on it with me let me know. I think it could be awesome.
