Real talk: after 27 years of existence, I’ll be losing my virginity on Monday. I am, as you can imagine, nervouscited. I’ve asked my boyfriend to tie me securely to my bed and blindfold me, because BDSM helps me overcome my sexual shyness by removing my ability to be chicken out in the moment. Don’t worry, I’ve given him consent and we have safe words.
Maybe this is weak and a lame way to lose one’s virginity, but it’s how I feel most comfortable doing it.
