Eighth Anniversary Time!

Eighth anniversary as a Brony, Seventh as a Let's Player, and my 35th Birthday have all come to pass (I guess technically the anniversary was yesterday but I thought it was today until I looked at my last blog post). I'm still trucking along with my Let's Play's coincidentally being in the middle of an MLP themed game though as of late I've had some delayed uploads due to some real life stuff happening (not including the earthquakes here in Southern California as I was only close enough to feel the rumble but not much else. No damage.)
I've been thinking about my seemingly abandoned fanfics as of late and have been feeling an itch to continue or even start something new. I actually have a few things I started a long while ago but never uploaded since they were more sporadic ideas at the time. Of course, I've merely been thinking about it. Whether or not I actually do something is another matter since I'm also probably going to be moving soon which I am hoping won't effect my Let's Playing or otherwise.
As far as my previously on hiatus fanfics go, I still really would like to continue them in some fashion even if it is very slowly. Although, in particular, in relation to my Spiral fic, should I continue it would be best to move forward with it assuming the events from the end of season 4 and on never happened. It just would work better with what I had in mind and considering that I actually started it before season 3 started and have already retconned some of it to incorporate both Princess Twi and Discord becoming an ally. That's just the way it would have to be since adding in much more beyond season 4 would just cause too much havoc with the story.
As for the other two, I actually have sat down and written quite a bit more of Celebrity Deathmatch though I'm still missing a few pieces to fully connect it as one solid chapter. Interestingly, that one too takes place before Princess Twilight. That one in particular I would really like to continue and finish more than any other on hiatus fic.
As for new stuff, I have some interesting ideas I've already begun including another Pinkie specific fic of all things though its not a sequel to my Secret Life fic. It does involve quite a bit of zaniness though which might be why I love writing for Pinkie so much even though I'm grounding her a bit more in this one. Other ideas include some first time forays into the world of Equestria Girls but should that ever be, we'll see when and if the time comes.
Anyway, that's what's new with me. Hopefully I stop being so lazy when it comes to writing but preparing for Let's Plays takes a lot more dedication and time than I ever though when I first started doing it especially since I've run out of RPG's that I know from top to bottom and have played a hundred times (with maybe one or two exceptions).
