It has been an eternity since I last posted, I know (well, like 2 years), but I have an interesting announcement!
If you look here, you'll see that a number of stories are being published as hardcover books. This is part of Aquaman's Golden Oaks Bookstore, in the final Bronycon this August. They're wondering how much to print of each entry, though, so if you are interested (ordering online or picking up in person) why not go over and give them a vote, so we don't run out of any of these cool books.
TBNE itself was reformatted, with some very minor grammatical and formatting tweaks and corrections, for this professional printed version. I think it looks pretty sweet, and we've got a redone cover and more.

There is actually a relatively small amount of TPC to finish, and if I can, I am to have it finished by the time Bronycon comes around. Even if that means putting other things on temp hold. I'd be very embarrassed if I go to the last Bronycon ever with it not done, especially since it is really, really, really close to done, and basically in the narrative climax.
TBNE and TPC are without a doubt, my favorite fics on this site. I can't wait to see what you have in store to wrap up TPC!

That's really great to hear. I've kept the last few chapters unread in a bid to stave off dissapointment.
Looking through the highlander thread, there really is a case to be made that TBNE is the best season 1 fic. I can't wait to reread it in dead tree form near a fireplace.
