Oof. Delays in writing. · 4:57am Jun 17th, 2019
Okay, so first of all, after getting my wisdom teeth out, I really haven't had any kind of drive to write.
Second of all, I've got two essays due by the end of this week for my early college program, and I think I'd rather focus first on those than on stories, even if I would much rather write stories at the moment.
Either way, I'm probably gonna focus on getting both essays (4 pages and 8-10 pages required) written and finished first before anything else.
Shorter one's just a personal research essay that I can probably get finished pretty quickly. Especially so when the assignment sheet notes that it doesn't require any formal voice as opposed to most other essays.
Longer one is a personal narrative I gotta write. That one's gonna be fun. 
But seriously, most of my flagship stories here are literally just personal narratives disguised and wrapped up in horsewords. This really is gonna be something I'm gonna probably enjoy writing, since it's peeling back all the layers of lore and character and everything to focus on the very core of what my stories often draw from-- myself.
Yeah, focus on the essays first; wise planning there. And have fun! Those sound like cool pieces to write.
