Try working in a call centre. Every day is that day. 'No, you can't have money back for a top you bought three years ago, lost the receipt for, and then shredded in your washing machine'. :flutterrage:

5071449 We had 15 calls waiting yesterday pretty much constantly, from 8-2. Some stayed on hold at 5p a minute for a over 90 minutes. When it all finally stopped just after 2, one of the guys on another desk stood up and shouted at the now empty calls board 'Are you not entertained?!' :rainbowlaugh:
