Update on my health · 4:24am Jun 2nd, 2019
As it might be obvious if I'm making this, my shoulders didn't improve over the month. I just saw the doctor today and he said I have tendonitis in both shoulders. That means no heavy lifting, no lifting my arms over my head, pain meds, and in a few days I talk to an orthopedic surgeon to see discuss further treatment.
I'd assumed it was just a strain and took it easy, but kept aggravating my shoulders. Finally it had simply grown too bad to ignore. Yet I'm not worried about the cost or pain to come. The sooner I can get back to normal or close enough the happier I'll be.
I'll post updates as they happen.
Did they say anything that could help treat/ease the pain? Compress, hot water bottle or ibuprofen gel for the shoulders?

Anti-inflammatories, pain relievers, cold compresses, and rest will reduce the pain, but what I understand tendinitis is normally only resolved with minor surgery.
And all of this because I was doing 40 front presses a day.
Get better soon!
