In just about a month, I'll have been on the site for seven years. It's honestly pretty incredible to me that nearly 1/3 of my entire life has been spent perusing this website, posting stories, and making a lot of great friends along the way. During my journey, I've set out a few different goals for myself.
My first ever goal was to reach that ever elusive mark. One hundred followers. Heh. Hard to think that I'm now at a little over twelve times that amount. I love each and every one of you.
My next goal, which was actually achieved prior to my reaching one hundred followers, was to get a story in the feature box. I've had 19 stories make it to that box, and I am still very grateful that you guys enjoy my work enough to help elevate it to that level.
But today, I finally did it. I finally achieved a goal that I set for myself back in 2013. I know that a lot of people today don't put as much stock into it, or even use it as a way to find stories, but...

For me, this is a momentous occasion. Thank you guys, so very much, for helping push me as a writer. Without the critique, the feedback, and the love that you guys have provided to me during my time on this site, I would never have grown as much.
