Alright so official date for being active again · 7:58pm May 28th, 2019

So for the past month I’ve been dealing with really bad depressive episodes (dysthymia) due to being sick for so long. It’s affected everything in my life, and as if that were not enough my cat jumped on my iPad and my screen crack is now bad enough to warrant repair. Which I can’t do till June.

However I’m back to a decent state of mind, and since I’m also on contract with a writer (which I may have forgotten to mention) this is a very good thing. Now being not a useless depressing pile of self hatred to the degree I was a month ago means one very good thing.

I can list a definite date for when I’ll start updating things again.
Mostly stories to start with, I need to update and post things I’ve been postponing due to illness after all.

So I’m aiming for June 20th - 23rd as the latest date for updates to be posted. I will likely be dropping a ton of them at once over a one to three day time period. Most of these have been in near completed state for some time, others are in progress pieces I only had outlined for various periods of time. A few are from last Nightmare Night and never got published. And more than a few date back to when I was just starting on fimfiction prior to everything that has happened.

Art will resume in late July if all goes well on my end. I don’t have a definite date for that yet.

Now keep in mind I’m now on contract with a writer; and kind of their editor, advisor, illustrator, all around everything so updates may not be regular. Well they never were anyway. But I do intend to keep updating once I start back up. And I’m still working on my original short story collection, the dysthymia hurt my ability to do that as well. Here is hoping this is the end of this mess I’ve been dealing with.

Also it’s going to be a massive art dump, I’m actually going to complete multiple year old or longer requests at once. Once all existing requests are done though, I have to focus on my contract work. Anything posted as a request after this blog post cannot be completed, because quite simply the contract work I’m doing is that intensive. I’m doing an entire illustration teams work, plus promotional material, on my own. I will still update stories though.

So yeah June 20-23rd is the date I’ll officially be active again.
