Im torn between a decison and need help

So as you know, my main story, Bringing Anarchy has slowed down in updates for a number of reasons explained in a previous blog but I finally had a idea that I have many second thoughts on but I also really want to do.

I want to rework the story, It will have Ray Joseph and everyone else except I will take more time with the story like when he first arrives in Equestria and it takes longer to get used to his magic plus many other changes to slow the pacing down. I also want to get rid of the Spirit in Ray's head known as Elijah as I thought of it more and more as a stupid idea. The fake name Ray makes and title of the story will be changed as well because Black Anarchy was extremely edgy and I don't want Ray to be a big edge lord.

So I need your help deciding, should i try and continue Bringing Anarchy or start fresh. Leave a comment of your opinion
