The Point Of No Return: Short Thoughts · 4:11pm Apr 27th, 2019
Another solid episode, in fact, I'll be saying that a lot. I like to look at the show in a positive light rather than nitpick every goddamn thing about it. I feel like I'll remember it more fondly.
Anyways, I liked it. Had some good jokes, scenes, and banter. Who knew that such a simple premise like returning a library book could cause so much trouble? There's an important lesson in this: you don't need to be perfect at everything. I strive to be perfect at writing, when inevitably, it just makes it worse. This episode is a good reminder for people that it's ok to make mistakes. Nobody's perfect.
SPOILERS:
Spike is the best character in this one. The way he eases the tension in this episode proves that he is maturing. Honestly, he's the rational adult here. He calms down Twilight, makes sure everything is ok, and helps her out without even complaining. I'll admit that he wasn't my favorite to start, but he's such an amazing character now. I'm glad he's getting more screen time.
Same here. Take it from a Star Wars fan: looking back in anger only leads to everybody in the fandom wanting to murder each other.
Didn't get to see the episode yet since I was at the local movie theater watching you-probably-know-what, but fortunately that's why they invented DVR. :)

Glad there's someone out there that agrees with me. I haven't fully lost my faith in humanity.
I was like that before, especially with the Star Wars movies. Now, I've come to like them all in their own different ways. Sure, I like ones better, but for me, none of them are necessarily bad.
Hope you had a good time at yes, I do know what. :) I haven't really kept up to date with those but I hope that you liked it!
