A new story's status update

A prelude and the first chapter are almost done, and there'll sure be more chapters, unlike when I thought my first story was going to be a one-shot (but ended up being multi-chapter). Ee-yup, it may seem, as though one-shots aren't my cup of tea ... As mentioned, there'll be Daring Do discovering a magic lamp, a genie residing in it for certain. What should Daring Do wish for? How willing is the genie to grant her wishes? What shenanigans and/or trials await the little ponies?
