Next What If chapter is gonna be a story pitch.
About what, you say?
Well, what I'm writing right now pretty much serves as the first chapter for a Displaced story.
Now, I know what you might be thinking... "Displaced? Seriously, are you out of your mind? That genre's been milked to the bone by the fandom at this point!"
And this is the part where I would say to you in response, "Ssssssshhhhhhhhhhh... shh! Don't think about it as Displaced. This thing is gonna be a comedy in every shape and form, and the main character is pretty much a sorry little doofus who hardly has any idea what just happened."
Also, at some point or another it suddenly became a Pokemon crossover. Because reasons. And maybe because I actually jumped ship from being a completely inactive (and equally irrelevant) member of the Pokemon fanbase to being part of the MLP community.
Heck, it's been so long since I was wholly part of the Pokemon fanbase that the most I can bring up at this point in a conversation are memes and references back to the original series, but only because I rewatched it with my little brother on Netflix.
Either way, I'm enjoying the writing of this little mess of a Displaced story that I'm writing as a chapter of What If. 
Also, 100% guaranteed absolutely no edge in the Displaced story. This ain't gonna be like the others where the MC's all just like "Woah hey nice I've got all these spiky swords and stuff" or "Yeah I'm my fursona now time to mingle and jingle" or all that jazz. This is a first person story of a guy who didn't realize he bought a jetpack from the infamous Displacer Merchant.
*crosses fingers*
Hopefully this will be a displaced fic done right... please don't go overboard with the crossovers (if you decide to do them)

Don't worry, seems like the only crossovers that are gonna happen are with a (tiny portion) of Pokemon and the entirety of the insanity that is my Discord server's "RP-Geez" channel.
It's literally just D&D. Except everyone controls a single character.
That character has already been unofficially dubbed "The most bipolar man to ever live" because of the occasional arguments that break out over what he should do.
It's fun.
