Big Update Post - Grab some snacks and drinks, m8s.

Hello. Hello. Hello to you all. How are you doing amidst this ever dizzying chain of events rattling the world like a cocktail shaker? Me, I'm doing okay for the most part. Again, I do apologize for the lack of any and all communication on... pretty much everything. I rarely talk publicly as, well... I'm a nervous wreck and would choke up at times when trying to sync thoughts to words. Bit by

Final Word on the Fate of Alive, Not Alive

Heya, I'm gonna keep this as brief as I can. As it stands, Alive, Not Alive, in its current form, is canceled. I've not made the decision lightly as I mentioned in a previous blog post but I felt that it was for the best. Fear not, for the story will still be told in one form or another. I know someone may be put off by this decision but I hope it'll pay off in the end.

A Post Long In The Making (Or: Fate of Alive, Not Alive)

Heyo, peeps and readers. I hope you're all doing alright during this global pandemic and chaotic time we're all in. Just to let you know, the reason why I don't say much on here in the way of blogs is that I usually don't have much to say unless it's important. Though what I'm going to say is important, I'm making an effort to communicate more frequently. With all that said, let's get right to

    Story Update & Changes

Sorry that I haven't kept you peeps posted. Between IRL happenings, the COVID outbreak, me not talking much, and other things, I wasn't able to update some of my stories like Memoirs of A Guard, that I neglected for damn nearly a year. Well, after a week of writing, I present the latest chapter!

    TMemoirs of A Guard
Celestia, still coming to terms with her son's comatose state, finds a collection of his written thoughts.

    Announcing hiatus

This blog post may come as a shock to some and in advance, I do apologize. But today, I announce a temporary hiatus from writing but it's a bit different than that. After the completion of A Loving Angel and an unannounced story that is still in the works, I'll be taking a break and I have no idea as to how long that'll last. I understand if that might upset some and cause a few to stop watching

In regards to the series finale · 3:47pm Mar 30th, 2019

(I know that I'm late to the party but I'm still going to speak my mind on it.)

Bronies, Pegasisters, Writers, and Artists, lend me your ears!

I've been a brony since late 2012 (October if I recall) and I've since been in a fanbase that is host to some people I've come to regard as friends. And with the series coming to an end, I've done quite a bit of reflection since the season nine announcement. If you all are worried that I'll be leaving this site, I'm not and would never be leaving and would only be here as long as the site is open. I'm not going anywhere. :)

As for my thoughts on the end of ponies, it's better if it ends there than for it to continue and see the quality decay past season nine. Am I sad about it? Yes. Will I forever mourn it? No. We have the experiences and memories that we've made and experienced and that's enough to last a lifetime. Through good times and bad, we've made something amazing, something that others never expected. Whether it be through our writing or illustrations, we've immortalized this show and it'll forever remain with us.

With that being said, the leaks of G5 has put the lot of us in doubt as to whether it'll carry on the legacy of the magic G4. Will it be as good? No, and I doubt it'll ever come close to what made G4 meant so much to us. But, I'll be holding judgment until a trailer is released. But, we'll remember FiM as a show that brought a group of oddballs together for something they all enjoyed and we'll still be around for a long time. We don't need a show to continue all that. We can still fuel FiM's legacy through our works.

Carry on and brony on.

I just don't get why they're ending it at nine, as opposed to an even ten, which they could very easily couple with tenth anniversary merch.

I'm with ya on that one. When the end comes, I'll look back on it with a smile on my face. :)
