The Demonic Wing, like any other demon, was created by Archdemon in the Abyss. He was the youngest among the demons and one of the most powerful. He was a tall, horned, winged creature. His first task was to murder Flurry Heart, a daughter of Cadence and Shining Armor. The young demon went to the place indicated, however... When he held Little Flurry Heart in his claws... Something awakened in him. Instead of killing, he wanted to protect her. When he returned to the Abyss, Archdemon punished him for insubordination and as he said "If you care about these pathetic ponies, maybe you should identify with them" and then turned him into a terrible stallion with black fur, white mane, and membranous wings. The young demon became furious and attacked other demons in the Abyss, from which he escaped. However, his troubles didn't end there, Archdemon sent his servant to catch him and end his life. The servant sent by Archdemon soon got to the Demonic Wing and, to humiliate him, he turned him into a little blue-eyed foal. The demon started to taking Wing's life, however... Demonic Wing was rescued by Nightmare Moon, who had been following him since he appeared. The young demon, in the form of a foal, lost his memory. Nightmare Moon took care of him, and soon Little Wingy said to her "Mom" and led a normal life, without remembering and not knowing that he was an extremely powerful and dangerous creature.
