Yes... It's because of ACTA 2.

I have written 50% of chapter 19, and... I'm afraid I will not publish it, because of ACTA 2 which will come into force on March 26. Well... It's possible that I'll just dissapear from this website, and... I will never appear here because I will not be able to enter Fimfiction because it will be blocked in my country.

Why the website will be blocked in your country? Man... that's sucks. I feel so sorry for you! l live in the U.S.A. and I think that ACTA 2 is unfair to everyone in Poland, right? What is ACTA 2 anyway? I don't know much about that.
