My surgery was on the 22nd, and it went well, I'm still in recovery for technically the next week and a half or so, but as of this week I'm already feeling back to normal. Which I have to keep reminding myself I am not, lest I overdo something and hurt myself. <_< I am at least following the discharge instructions, so no worries about that.

Story Notes: A Nugget of Wisdom · 3:53pm Mar 20th, 2019

Hey look, I randomly dug up and polished an old Writeoff submission for pretty much no reason! :B Well, the reason was I was recently reading funny shit out of my workfile to friends, and the planned sequel to this story came up. So I read them the story. Much fun was had.

That said, I kind of dragged my feet on actually posting this because I wanted to post the sequel within a week, but I've been busy and stressed out, so that hasn't been happening. I've decided it's better that I just post the damn story and write the sequel when I have time.

The A/N explains where the story comes from. It's called A Nugget of Wisdom because, and I kid you not, of a stupid old TV show called Most Extreme Elimination Challenge that I used to watch in college. There was an episode with a character who was obsessed with boogers, which he called "nose nuggets", and that has just stuck with me forever since.

I'm very pleased I got permission to use that cover art, because damn, dem nostrils. :V

Anyway, that's it. :B No sequel promises.
