Yupp, starting a GoFundMe, and heres the desc from my Facebook....
Well everyone, I finally am trying something new to help with some family needs that came up, mainly with my minivan and my SSDI and court case.
My minivan is dying, (after 185,000 miles) and we need a reliable car to use to get me and my daughter to medical therapy and exams.
I am awaiting for my disability case to be ruled on within the next few weeks to 3 months where I can use the backpay to get a new car,
but our minivan cannot last that long.
I will gladly accept any car anyone has, as long as the inspection is current, paint or rust issues are not important.
I can drive manual transmission as well.. (I actually like manual btw) so if anyone has a car that they aren't driving I will be happy to
Offer the car a good home, instead of driving the unused car to a dealer where you might get $100.00 trade on it.
And, if anyone wishes to see any donated monies we receive will be used 'strictly' for a used car and not for paying rent or any other bills,
I will supply a bank statement with all the received monies shown.
