I hang out in several Discords. I am a moderator on the Friendship is Optimal server, and I hang out in the FiMFiction server sometimes. I also run my local My Little Pony server, and a local Hellfire club server. I've joined about a hundred server at this point, but I don't always talk in them.

Okay, yeah, I have seen this one. I don't watch the show, so I don't know what I've seen all the time.

Anyway, for this, I was thinking more along the lines of a steady stream of vomit. Like, Twilight is just doing random stuff, then she starts vomiting, and she doesn't stop, and she's freaking out for a while at first, but then she starts to realize that she's been vomiting for an hour, and, despite the unpleasantness of it, she's not dead or anything. So she starts to try and figure out why she doesn't need to breathe or eat while she's vomiting, but she has to do all this wacky stuff in order to write notes and stuff, because she's vomiting.

Then she wonders if anypony else in Ponyville is also vomiting, and when she goes out, the whole town is basically flooded with vomit at this point, so she's wading through vomit trying to find any Pony that isn't vomiting, but she can't. And that's when they realize that Canterlot is now dripping vomit too, because all the ponies in Canterlot are vomiting. So finally they have to ask the question, using notes because they can't talk while vomiting, "are we going to be vomiting forever?"

The answer is yes.

We flash forward to a bit later, several days into the vomiting. They are still vomiting. It smells terrible, but by now they've gotten used to it, so they don't really mind. With horror, they ask the question, will we have to change our lifestyle because of this?

Flash forward again, to several months in the future. Everypony is still vomiting. The world has been restructured for this new lifestyle. They no longer eat, they no longer speak, they simply vomit and communicate through writing. All houses are on stilts, with drains in the floor, and all roads are properly elevated, so they don't have to wade through vomit all day. Twilight remarks, through writing, that she doesn't even think about it anymore, it's just a normal part of her life.

And every pony lives Happily, Vomiting Ever After.
