Apparently I'm writing again

I've mentioned previously, that I've had ideas kicking around in my head for a while about a sequel to Sweet Nothings. Well, I guess it's finally happening. I present to you: Mum's Diner.

I'm taking a more free-form approach to writing this story. So updates are likely to be irregular, and the chapters will probably be on the shorter side as well. My life has gotten a lot busier over the last several years and I simply don't have that much time to work on this. Keeping the chapters short (around 1k words feels about right to me) will at least make it feasible to update roughly once a month or so, but it ultimately depends on how much else I have going on and how much the muse whispers in my ear.

This of course also means I don't know exactly where the story is going per se. I do have some general plot structure in mind, but as with most things I've written, it tends to take on a life of its own once I start actually typing. As it develops, I expect to find a more focused thesis sprout up and we'll see where that takes us.

I suppose I don't really have much else to say about it. I'll let it speak for itself.
