So recently, or rather, about a month ago, something very interesting happened. Another member of the FiM community put out a little post in Looking for Editors. I, naturally, took a look at the post and found myself intrigued. After some minor research, I decided that there was one way I could help. I have found that I have a knack for writing actions scenes, where characters kill, be destructive, and go all out badass on each other. Due to the type of story, there would be plenty of that. So I offered my own assistance.
The story is about an amnesiac unicorn without an identity who awakens within the Zone, a post-apocalyptic Equestria which was the result of a nuclear power plant accident in a massive city named Manehattan.
Please note that the story is mature due to gore, narcotics, death, and profanity. So be warned. Don't read it to your six year old sister for laughs.
This story is a S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadows of Chernobyl crossover story. If you know the game, you'll know the name.
The writer, Darkstorm619, is an artist who makes wonderful quality...um...suggestive art. I'm not giving any of you spoilers or hints as to what happens in the story, because I doubt he'd be happy with me for that.
UPDATES
Now that you know about that, let's talk about what's been going on with my work. I'm looking into trying to teach myself to either work with vectors or make actual art. I've made a few minor attempts here and there but all in all, I'm not that great at it.
The next chapter for Experiments: Shielded Soul might be coming out within the next two weeks. I'm not entirely sure about that. This next chapter has a lot of intricate design and I'm doing my best to keep the story going while also not trying to seem like I'm speeding through it. All that and school hasn't made things easier.
I might be posting a collection of short fight scenes that I write on my spare time but for now I'm just trying to relax. The stress of everything I've been doing has kind of caught up with me. I'm getting tired, staying up late, forgetting things. My head is a bit of a jumbled mess right now. So...yeah...not sure how soon any updates are coming, if any. Maybe one of the ABTM's. Don't know.
