2019 UPDATES (PLEASE READ AND LOOK AT THE POLLS) · 1:37am Jan 1st, 2019

Hi everyone! These updates all are gonna be pretty important so please give this blog a read. I've decided to do the big ol' yearly update blog early, though I'm not even sure if I've done a yearly update before. Either way, please click below for story updates, future projects, and some polls that are pretty helpful.

Updates:

1) In a random fit of inspiration, I wrote a short ficlet about Apogee from Delta Vee's Junkyard. You can check my latest stories to see that.

2) The revision of Favorable Alignment is completed! You can now read the whole story with all its improvements below. These improvements include: prose/sentence improvements, tweaked dialogue in a few scenes, greater detail with Luna's asexuality, foreshadowing of Luna's asexuality, and other minor improvements that made a surprising amount of difference. This is the story I'm proudest of, and with all the tweaks to it, I still feel that way. The first fifteen chapters or so really show the improvements!

3) I had some old Lunbra stuff lying around. With the helpful eye of Cynewulf, I've published it as a standalone story. For the people who liked Favorable Alignment and Spare Him His Life, here's a story for you. If you didn't see it, the story is called 'Click'. It shows the improvements in some of the flashbacks in Favorable Alignment, so even if you just liked that, please be sure to give it a favorite or upvote.

4) Last but not least is the update I'm sure everyone was waiting for: Enemy of Mine. I haven't been slacking, but I haven't been writing at the speed I wish I was. I've gotten over 30k of progress done on it for the last update. It's primarily a breather chapter too, considering the story is generally an unhappy one. However, it's still not done and broken across two chapters. While one is done, it needs editing. (And quite a bit of it.) I'm not confident in releasing anything without having either of them done. I can finally say it's the last long chapter(?), though. After that, it's basically just four chapters to write and anything else is already written for it. I can finally say that the final leg of the story is pretty much here! FINALLY!

Future Projects:

1) My last story's outline is pretty much intact. It's not an Enemy of Mine-type outline either, so thank goodness that story will be going much differently and it will wrap up the Strange Future trilogy and Iceverse proper.

2) The notes for another side-story to Enemy of Mine's sequel is also done.

3) However, I think it will be obvious that the progress on these stories will be slow. Yes, they will be written and my writing won't end as soon as the show does, but my pony writing does have an official conclusion. Enemy of Mine is certainly the slowest story for a reason, though.
