The next chapter of Where Dragons Rule is still in the works, it will hopefully be done in the next few days. That all said, I’ve been thinking about some different follow-up stories for when the story wraps up, and if I end up doing follow-up stories for all the Main 6 I’ll probably be extended to some of their supporting cast but not before all the Main 6 have gone through their little extradimensional experiences.
Please vote in the comments with the story plan identifying character, it will hopefully make it easier for everyone else and not be too spoilery.
Plan A: Rainbow and Rarity end up in a world that more open sexually, and erotically, and a few years further ahead than the canon universe. I plan on Rainbow and Rarity finding out they’re married to Pinkie and Twilight, respectively, and both get a few more “surprises” that really shake up their concepts of the norm
Plan B: Applejack and Fluttershy end up in a full Steampunk Universe. Magic is still used in Equestria, just not quite the same way it is n the series proper. Also, both find out their occupations are a bit different (Fluttershy’s being more different than her canon profession), AJ’s job is going to still be the same at its core but operates a bit differently than she’s familiar.
Plan C: Rainbow and Applejack end up in a Cyberpunk universe, one where magic is considered so old it’s effectively treated as a legend or myth. Their professions in this universe are dramatically different than what they are in the canon universe.
Plan D: Fluttershy and Rarity end up in a universe that is a world dominated by RPG mechanics and the Everyfree Forest being the home to multiple supposedly impossible dungeons, with each of the Main 6 having taken on RPG classes and most having dramatically different professions than they do in the canon universe.
For more details on each PM me to help avoid spoilers for everyone else, please do this with suggestions on how each can possibly start. Also, if I’m being honest, I’m a bit more partial to A myself but I want to get feedback from you, the readers, about sort of story should come after Where Dragons rule.
In terms of which I like best, I'm going to have to go with D and B, in that order. A would be fun, but I'd prefer something to shake it up from the "erotic", truly. Are all of the extradimensional jaunts you ultimately decide on going to be in the same canon?
