Forgive me, for I have sinned... · 2:01am Dec 20th, 2018
So, just so you guys know, because of how hard it is for me to put out a reading of What I've Become on YouTube (I'm working on it, I just hate editing audio files with a passion, so it's taking me a while), I've been publishing some of the chapters of the story on the HFY! subbreddit in the hopes that I could get more people to read my story.
It just suddenly occurred to me that I didn't tell anyone on Fimfiction about this, though.
I know some of you are on the fence about purchasing the tale, but if you wanted a taste for free, and didn't want to wait for the YouTube series (or you hate my voice, trust me I feel the same), then you can head over there and take a look. I've been doing it at a weekly pace now, and I've only gotten to the second chapter, but there's enough there to at least give you a taste.
I'm unsure of where I'll stop, but you can at least get a taste and see if it's to your liking.
If you missed the link.
And because I'm advertising a book here:
What I've Become Amazon version.
Anyway, back to work on What I Am. I'll probably have something by the end of this week, so keep an eye out for it!
I know what it feels like to hate your voice. I had to create a 3 minute video for a uni coursework, and listening to my voice was like torture (maybe not that bad), I was cringing for the whole 3 minutes.
Meanwhile you need to listen to yours for god knows how long making this. You have my condolences.
Fear not my child, forgiving are the heavenly sisters for those who seek it. Submit thyself to their alabaster & midnight blue bosoms and thy sins shall be purified.
The road thou walk art a new experience, one fraught with uncertainty and perhaps, a few mistakes. Some of us shall understand that incentives may be required to entice others to partake of thy creation, such is the way of an author. However, thy blatant misdemeanor upon thy visage and oratory skills must cease postwith, it is both unbecoming and a detriment to thy self esteem, casting upon thee the seeds of doubt upon thy psyche.
Harken thee to mine words, for the scriptures of friendship by the adorkable bookhorse shall sooth thee.
P.s. I look forward to the second book.
P.p.s. Was that a little much?
4983588 I laughed for a straight three minutes after reading this. Thank you, you made my day.

I'm glad. you don't have to love your voice, but neither should you bash it, just do the best you can and have fun my child.
