This month has been a rollercoaster. Once again, I went through this month without watching any new movies. Stan Lee and Stephen Hillenburg have passed on. A lot of my money is spent, and now hanging by a thread. And of course, my very dedicated to the thirtieth anniversary to The Land Before Time. I am very exhausted, but I am more than excited about my graduation. Hopefully after then, I could talk to my managers about getting reimbursed for my time in school (with up to 3.5 thousand dollars every school year, that would reward me up to 8,750 dollars... If all goes well).
Who knows? Besides, it's time I start applying for a full time job.
Anyway, one of you guys keeps asking if I will not stop writing after my swan song. Now, don't get me wrong, there are several pros on this site, namely a few friendly faces. But the truth is, Fimfiction has just become toxic and disheartening. Two of the users, some of you know who, act like they own the place and would ban people from the groups where they run over just the simplest jokes. Even asking for feedback or advice, they shoot you down.
That's why I haven't made as many stories as it was especially in 2016. It's too discouraging for me here.
But outside of here? There might still be some hope for me yet. Even when the show gets canceled and if takes just one year, maybe even five, there's still an opportunity for me to bridge the gap for waiting on Gen 5. And when there's another version of Fimfiction per say to account for said generation, I'll be ready. That comic I just did took about a week, nonstop from start to finish after all.
My point is that if people are finding my stories unreadable, whether they are experts or just trolls, if I can't tell a story, why not show you a story?
I thus propose another reboot; One that combines all of the EG stories and numerous aspects of the show canon (there is only one Sunset Shimmer now). It would be as comics using Clip Studio Paint (hopefully around Christmas Time, there would be another sale I could use to upgrade to EX). Another more recent, and more powerful, computer can work wonders too.
More info on that as time passes.
