It Is Done.

Equestria Mares: The Secret Apprentice of Princess Celestia was the first fanfic I had ever started writing. Ever.

Don’t get me wrong, I had written plenty of other things throughout my life... but this was the first time I was motivated to contribute anything literary to a fandom. (Well, outside of a few filk songs, ages ago.) The Apple Jamboree clubbed me over the head, and it was simpler, so it was published first... but EM was my first real foray into fanfics.

And now, it is complete. Outside of a few typos I might have missed here and there, I believe am done with it. Done, and ready to write more about what follows, a few things that happened before it, and more stories in my other timelines.

But it’s been well over a year in the making, and being done with it is a bittersweet feeling.
