Think I've found my theme song for my life · 5:59pm Nov 8th, 2018
God, I think this suits me so well.
English translation:
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
If I hadn’t done it that time, ah
If I’d just been able to do that
“What if” is a hypothetical statement
Nothing will change in reality
If I gave up, thinking “I’m weak”
And I let regret accumulate
To the point that there’s no turning back
I won’t be able to take back even my actions
Pretending to not see, recoiling, passing by; that’s too bad
As a person, or as myself, I don’t want to do that
There’s only one unbreakable promise:
If there is a light seeming to be extinguished
In front of me, I want to protect it with these hands
I can go nowhere; I don’t have a place to escape to
I have to face it and fight, regret nothing!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Ta-to-ba, Tatoba!
Even great people, and strong people
Even if you grow up
There’s no guarantee of winning
Against the frustration that has been left from the past
If you have courage, when you are stuck
You can get off with ignorance
This scar in the heart
Can only not bring back time
Unable to blame it on others, you can’t delete that memory
Everything is within the fate of yourself
Even if you’re afraid, just grin widely
I don’t plan to say something like “it’s the proof that
I’ve done my best for the sake of someone”
I can go nowhere; I believe I can only remain
And stop fooling myself, regret nothing!
For the unending, continuing tomorrow, everyone
Is preparing; is ‘that’ really necessary?
Even if you gather many things you see with your eyes
They aren’t useful; instead, have the strength
To not regret; in other words… regret nothing!
Ta-to-ba, Tatobaaaa!
Oh, I love that song. But personally, I would say my theme song for life would be:
A song about not just clining to the past, the present or the future, but combining all and being all the stronger for it. Knowing your past, so you don't repeat the same mistakes again, know the present so you don't waste it and know the future so you are not just dragged along without any knowledge what might come, only this way you will live life to the fullest! I think it's a good life motto!

Suppose I can understand that.
Me, boulevard of broken dreams (Green Day), Just one Yesterday (Fall Out Boy), I Apologize (FFDP), or Sound of Silence (Disturbed).
For me it is probably either The Long and Winding Road by the Beatles or Beer for my Horses by Toby Keith featuring Willy Nelson.
Although currently I have this song stuck in my head.

Well, Super Sentai generally has some catchy opening themes. My personal favorite might be either Changeman or Dairangers.

Of those two Diaranger is my favorite.
