Hello Everypony,
I used to post more general status messages, so I figured it would be good to do so again. Some folks might have noticed that ever since the hiatus of Under the Dark, I'm on a bit of a holding pattern in terms of commission work. Don't worry, I don't plan to stop. I've just been doing an *awful lot* of pony writing for awhile now, and I'm in need of a little break.
Before I do that, I've endeavored to finally wrap up Pinkamena: The Game. The story was on hiatus for a disparaging two years, and a mystery ought not to be left idle for so long. Those who are waiting for it will be happy to know that I have finished writing it entirely. Three more chapters remain to be published, but I have chosen to hold off of publishing any of them until all three are proofread and ready to go. The reason for this is twofold: 1) I'm giving readers a chance to catch up with the story, and 2) I don't want there to be any more time-related delays. Once I get to publishing this story again, which will be soon, rest assured it will be completed in short order, because there will be nothing left to do. Expect it soon!
That leaves only two unfinished stories - Under the Dark, and Quantum Vault. The former is, I'm sorry to say, no real concern of mine to have left unfinished. I am sorry for the readers who wanted more, but as a commission that story is entirely fueled by patron money. It's not being paid for anymore, and thus it will not be continued until such time as that happens. This is not to say that I don't care about the story, as it was certainly shaping up to be a fun project. It just means that I'm not feeling bad for not completing it, because the reason it's on hiatus is not for lack of personal focus.
As for Quantum Vault, my first pony fic ever (also my longest pony fic, and the one that has been on hiatus the longest), well...see, I'd never really planned to end it anytime soon. I have an idea of where I want it to go, but QT and Hal's adventures are such a glorious blank slate in every episode, that it's hard to just stop and wrap it up! It'll happen, but as it represents an enormous body of work to get it there, probably not right now. I'm happy to discuss it of course with whomever may want to.
At any rate, again, I'm not going away. I still log on here daily, I can of course be found on the usual Discord hangouts, and I'm happy to continue to talk all things fic. It's simply that my novels have been languishing for years now, and if I want to get that literary agent, I need some new material. Thus I'm going to put some attention upon that for awhile. If you're in my queue, you'll stay there, and I will contact every person on there in order when I'm ready to work for them. This is part of the reason why I don't take money until I'm ready to work for you - to keep from breaking any trust when I need to do something else for awhile!
So keep in touch, ponyfolk! I'm working my way through the MLP comics and I'm still filled with ideas for new fics (really I can't make them stop sometimes 
). I even have a couple stories that are written but have yet to be published. Perhaps I'll throw a few of those out to keep up new content! I'm a brony for life, and I don't need a fandom, or even current official releases to keep it that way
