Hey everybody!
In the last chapter we found Derpy, intoxicated and resting in the Apple family's guest room. The farm pony tries to figure out what got her to that point. They're both adults. In this chapter we take a look, yet again, into the past...
As a filly Derpy's mom is having a foal and she's left with the Apple Family for a special visit. As she leaves for home she notices everypony is acting strangely. Even Applejack's been acting funny. It makes sense to take all this in stride... having a foal is stressful, after all.
This one gave me a bit of trouble and for some crazy reason I accidentally posted it a week earlier than I meant to, planning on doing one more run for errors. Though I am happy with some of the last minute changes, but I am going to look it over one final time.... seems to have gotten a decent response, though ^^
My kitty's health is distracting me ATM. Two weeks ago she looked like death warmed over, then last week she was herself again... cuddling and purring, even being a bit playful. Now she's back to where she was, not eating or drinking. It's been two days, so the outlook isn't very good. Seeing as she's 18 we believe her organs are failing and she's dying fairly quick. It's not uncommon for a sudden turn around before death. She's been my special, little friend for a long time. I still remember when we got her. Time is one of those things that gets the better of all of us, though. If her death is belabored we may euthanize her.
