This time I try something new, and while I won't go into detail, it's a story where the world ends and a single soul goes forward in time over 100 million years later where Equestria now stands. (How I explain the whole "why Equestria has magic on Earth thing" is that the meteor that ended all life contained magic, which later established a magic field around Earth.)
I am currently 2 chapters in, with over 6K words and counting. I have done my best to work on it daily, sometimes just adding a paragraph, other times, adding hundreds of words in a few hours, a couple times it's over a thousand in one sitting. I have already worked out how I want it to end, conflicts that will come up, etc. I have even decided that hitting a dead end on a scene will not stop me from continuing, so I continue to the next.
This is already kind of long, but I have been active, and I've simply decided I'll give up little tid-bits of detail as I continue.
Lastly, there's a possibility I will not be active Saturday as my Father may be visiting, though I won't be able to confirm it at the moment.
Sounds like an interesting concept to me. I'll be sure to check it out once you publish it.

It'll probably be a while, first I gotta get the rough drafts out, then I gotta fix the little dialogue issues, and various things being left out. Plus, I gotta hire an editor to look at it all at some point. Doesn't help I plan on doing some decently long chapters (5K+ words some or most of the time)
