Hi everyone. To start, no, I'm not going on hiatus. However, a crucial part of my creative team is in the hospital right now. Pray to whomever you worship, or just send good vibes, please. He's a good friend, and I worry for him.
Also, my current laptop is having problems, and I'm currently borrowing one. This is going to slow down my writing, but I will do my best to continue. I hope you all stick with me through this, though. I care about all of you, and deeply appreciate your support.

It isn't charging. :/ Something is up with the battery.

In the short term, you can just keep it plugged in. Worse case, the battery needs replacement, or something stopped working internally, but usually the battery would go bad first. Though to be sure, have you tried removing and then putting the battery back in?

I have an Acer, and unfortunately I can't plug it in- the plug doesn't make connection, sadly enough.

This is one of those cases of wanting to be there, but sadly am not. Well I can tell you this, the harddrive should be fine and if worse comes to worse, finding a replacement machine to put it into will be simple enough to accomplish

I had a laptop because I need it, really. The current one I'm using has a shit battery that doesn't last long enough for any of my writing, so I can only write when I have access to an outlet. I also need it for school work. I'm currently going to college for Criminal Justice.

Hrmmmmmmm, well, a simple replacement machine might be best then. Something that should hold up better, and they tend to be cheaper if theyre without a harddrive (you can move yours to a new shell and be just fine)
